  1. Hello from Wendy in Minnesota
    owner/photographer of
    InBeaute (say “in beauty”) Photography.

Amy, you are truly a joy to read and enjoy your blog. You often talk about issues I’m thinking about and again today you talked about TypePad and Google and technology; issues that I wrestle with often as a professional photographer.

When I visit your site I often wonder what would have happened if I had not left San Francisco in 1985 and eventually wandered back home to Minnesota. Your site and your visions of beauty are so connected with my thoughts and my vision of light, beauty, spirit and love.

As a newbie to responding to a blog I hope my personal sharing is appropriate.

In beauty before me now, I walk.
    May you walk in beauty.

  2. Wendy,

Your sharing is not only appropriate, but very welcome. I’m glad you wrote, and thank you for your kind words!

I’m curious what your thoughts are about having moved back to Minnesota (one of the great beauty spots of the world, if you ask me), rather than staying in San Francisco (another one of those magic places)… do you think the move has effected you creatively, and if so in what ways?

    Amy
