Image Poetry

A shocking thing is about to occur – I’m going on vacation. A lay around, dip your toes in a river kind of vacation – for a whole week!

I had the idea of sharing some (more) of my recent photography with you while I’m gone, so I hope you enjoy these short verses of "image poetry" and the words I’ve chosen to accompany them.

Here’s the first one:

  1. Amy,
On this day of Thank-FULL-ness I am greatful for this gentle reminder to begin writing, to speak our lives. Sometimes the technological gap – the psychological leap from journal to blog – seems so big. And yet, I know all I have to do is start. And so I will.
And in this note of appreciation, I acknolwedge and carry the beauty I have received from these posts and pictures. They are a growing thread woven of the collective wholeness of knowing, and the collective speaking into the circle that seems to hold our planet.
